Technology stocks were slowly building on their prior declines this afternoon, with shares of tech companies in the S&P 500 dropping just over 0.3%.

In company news, Bridgeline Digital ( BLIN ) was roughly mid-way in a tight trading range on Wednesday, with shares of the cloud-based internet content manager rising more than 3% today after the company was included as a vendor in Gartner's ( IT ) 2017 Digital Commerce Vendor Guide.

The company was included in the multi-tenant SaaS applications and the on-premises hosted applications categories.

In other sector news,

(+) MRAM, (+9.7%) Names Kevin Conley to be the new chief executive officer at the company, effective Sept. 1. The former chief technology officer at SanDisk (SNDK) joined Everspin in March and will replace Phill LoPresti, who is remaining a special consultant at the firm.

(-) RTNB, (-29.7%) Receives foreclosure notice after failing to meet debt obligations. Also secures $500,000 in incremental funding to meet its payroll obligations and for working capital in exchange for a secured convertible promissory note and warrants to buy more company stock.
